Why does LOTTOVIP not open on some networks?

Some internet providers block the domain at the DNS level, so your phone or computer cannot find the site. Switching to Cloudflare 1.1.1.1 encrypted DNS (DNS over HTTPS / DNS over TLS) bypasses that block.

Is 1.1.1.1 safe and free?

Yes. 1.1.1.1 is a free public DNS service run by Cloudflare. It also makes many sites load faster and keeps your DNS lookups private.

Do I need to keep the 1.1.1.1 app on all the time?

Keep it on while you use LOTTOVIP. You can switch it off any time — nothing else on your phone changes.

I set up 1.1.1.1 but still cannot get in. What next?

Use WARP mode in the 1.1.1.1 app, clear the browser cache, or use a backup entrance: lottovipp.vip/lottovips or lottovipp.app/lottovips.
